The 18.5 acre romantic park setting serves as a location for a myriad of cultural activities, a quiet respite for daily visitors as well as a memorable backdrop for weddings and other parties. Two areas of the former Doheny Mansion, built in 1928, are open to the public: the formal gardens' spacious, lush, green vistas and a large fountain; and the pool and inner courtyard.

The mansion is accessible to the public for musical and theatrical performances. Since 1965, Greystone Park has been featured in many films and the mansion and grounds are also frequently used for still photography in catalogs, advertising campaigns and other promotional projects.
